For every friend you refer that undergoes a treatment with The MedSpa at Burlington Plastic Surgery, we will provide you and your friend with a $50 credit towards the next treatment purchased (see details under Terms & Conditions). There is no limit on the number of friends you may refer, however, they must be a first time client to The MedSpa at Burlington Plastic Surgery.

- There is no limit on the number of friends you may refer.
- The offer is only open to clients who have been referred (“referees”) by an existing client of the MedSpa at Burlington Plastic Surgery (“referrer”).
- Referrers must complete this online form to be eligible for the offer. Verbal referrals without an online record are not eligible for the refer-a-friend offer.
- To be eligible, referees must be seen in consultation and proceed with a treatment. Consultation alone without further treatment being completed does not qualify for the promotion.
- Referees must be a first time client of The MedSpa at Burlington Plastic Surgery. The refer-a-friend discount is not able to be used by clients who have already been seen in consultation at The MedSpa at Burlington Plastic Surgery.
- Upon purchasing a treatment (does not include purchasing of products), the referee will be entitled to receive $50 off the total billing price of the MedSpa Services, excluding products.
- Upon the referee purchasing a treatment (does not include purchasing of products), the referrer will be entitled to receive $50 off the total billing price of subsequently purchased MedSpa Services, excluding products.
- This offer cannot be used for products including skin care products.
- Program eligibility and exceptions are at the sole discretion of the MedSpa at Burlington Plastic Surgery Inc.
